Volume profile range
- Right-side bars · chips
- The amount of chips at each price. Gold is profit supply (cost below last price); blue is trapped supply (cost above last price). Old chips decay with turnover.
- “90% chips” bracket
- The 5th–95th percentile cost range. A shorter bracket means chips are more concentrated.
- Average cost line
- The volume-weighted average cost of all chips.
- Right-side bars · volume profile
- Switch to volume profile to see traded value at each price without decay. Gold is the value area; the brightest bar is the POC.
- POC / VAH / VAL
- The highest-volume price and the upper/lower bounds of the 70% value area.
- Left purple bars
- Where roughly the last 30 days of new futures positions were opened and are still open, longs and shorts combined.
- Volume bars
- Volume from the selected source (spot or futures), colored by candle direction.
- Sub-panel · open interest value
- Total notional value of open futures positions. Binance provides roughly the last 30 days.
- Sub-panel · funding
- Sum of funding settlements inside each candle. Orange = positive (longs pay shorts); blue = negative (shorts pay longs).
- Replay & mask
- Hover any candle to see the chips and indicators as they were at that close. Click to lock and mask later candles; press Esc or “Back to latest” to unlock.
