Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

We collect only what is necessary to run the service. We do not require KYC and we never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials.

1. What we collect

  • Registration email and password hash (never plaintext).
  • Login session cookies used to keep you signed in.
  • Membership order data: order ID, amount, currency, payment status and third-party payment IDs.
  • Basic server logs: IP, time, request path and error information for security and debugging.

2. What we do not collect

We do not require an ID card, address, bank card, exchange account, wallet private key or seed phrase. Do not send seed phrases or private keys to anyone, including us.

3. How we use it

Email is used for login, password reset, membership notices and necessary service messages. Order data is used to reconcile payments and activate membership. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

4. Third parties

We use NOWPayments for crypto payments, public Binance and CoinGecko data, an email provider for password resets, and cloud hosting/CDN providers. These providers process necessary data under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use only necessary login cookies (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. Clearing cookies signs you out.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept for accounting and risk purposes. Server logs are normally kept no longer than 30 days. You may request account deletion; legally required payment records may be retained.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data via the contact email. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting an account ends membership access; paid crypto fees are handled under the Terms.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt; sessions use random tokens and HttpOnly cookies. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is absolutely secure.
