Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
By creating an account, using ChipEye, or purchasing membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Service
ChipEye organizes and visualizes public crypto market data, including chip distribution, volume profile, open interest and a strength scanner. Data comes from public Binance and other third-party endpoints. We do not guarantee that data is complete, real-time or accurate.
2. Not investment advice
All metrics, scores, levels and explanations are mechanical summaries of historical and public data. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or a promise of returns. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and losses.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. Do not share accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack the system, bypass membership limits, or violate the law.
4. Membership and payments
Lifetime membership is $50, one-time, with no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by NOWPayments, a third-party crypto payment provider. We do not store your private keys, seed phrases or card details. Membership activates after on-chain confirmation.
Crypto payments are irreversible. Apart from duplicate payments, system errors, or legal requirements, we generally do not refund for market moves, change of mind, or account misuse. Contact support with the order ID for duplicate-payment cases.
5. Acceptable use
You may use ChipEye for personal research. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, bypass membership controls, or use the service to build a competing product without written permission. No illegal, fraudulent, market-manipulation or infringing use.
6. Availability
We try to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Data-source failures, network attacks, regional restrictions and maintenance may interrupt service. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party outages to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChipEye and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. Our total liability for membership services is limited to the membership fee you paid.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
